Here's your energy update for June. Listen, if you felt the downpour of energies last week, just know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!! Several people reported feeling dissonance (although they were not all aware of the cosmic events at play). On May 27th, Mercury formed a trine with Pluto. This is a powerful energetic gateway, especially for those who are sensitive to energy.

MERCURY TRINE PLUTO

In astrology, Mercury represents the mind and communication, while Pluto represents deep transformation and healing. During this trine, you may have noticed your thoughts becoming clearer, hidden truths surfacing, and a strong urge to heal or release old emotional patterns.

Basically, it’s like the universe giving you a mental and energetic boost to see beneath the surface and transform what no longer serves you.

Even though the actual event was on May 27th, transits like these are often felt for a few days before and after the exact alignment, especially by sensitive people, empaths, and those tuned in to subtle energies. This is a time period when cosmic, energetic, or spiritual forces align in a way that enhances transformation, healing, awareness, or connection to higher realms.

This can be experienced in many ways, depending on a lot of things, but here are some ways you may have experienced it:

• Heightened intuition
• Surfacing of unconscious fears, past life memories, or unresolved emotional pain
• Emotionally charged conversations (especially with loved ones)
• Feeling like an open channel
• Devices glitching or freezing
• Digestive issues
• Chronic illness flare-ups

LIGHTWORKER'S TOOLBOX

Grounding Tool

• Find a quiet space and sit comfortably with both feet flat on the ground.
• Take 5 slow, deep breaths—inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.
• Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the Earth, anchoring you firmly.
• Say quietly or in your mind:
  “I am grounded and supported.
  I welcome clarity without overwhelm.
  I release what no longer serves me.”
• If you have a crystal like black tourmaline or hematite, hold it in your hand as you do this to enhance grounding.

Finish by placing your hands on your belly, feeling your breath and connection to your body.

Invoke Archangel Michael to Assist

• Visually imagine yourself surrounded with white light
• Invoke Archangel Michael or your preferred protective angel:
  “Archangel Michael, please surround me with your protective light. Help me stay grounded and clear as I navigate deep transformation and mental shifts.”
• Then silently or aloud repeat this mantra as you breathe:
  “I am grounded. I am clear. I release what no longer serves me. I welcome healing and transformation with peace.”
• Then take a deep breath and let his presence support you.

You can face the East if you want to. Repeat as needed throughout the day to maintain balance and calm.
